Mucidliğe Algoritmik Yaklaşım Sunan Bir Teknik Olarak "TRIZ"

Merhaba,
İcad ve innovasyon süreciyle alakalı olarak benim :
- Merak,
Selamlar

"TRIZ (pronounced /ˈtriːz/) is a romanized acronym for Russian: Теория решения изобретательских задач (Teoriya Resheniya Izobretatelskikh Zadatch) meaning "The theory of solving inventor's problems" or "The theory of inventor's problem solving". It was developed by a Soviet engineer and researcher Genrich Altshuller and his colleagues starting in 1946. It has been evolving ever since.
Today, TRIZ is a
methodology, tool set, knowledge base, and model-based technology for generating innovative ideas and solutions for problem solving. TRIZ provides tools and methods for use in problem formulation, system analysis, failure analysis, and patterns of system evolution (both 'as-is' and 'could be'). TRIZ, in contrast to techniques such as brainstorming (which is based on random idea generation), aims to create an algorithmic approach to the invention of new systems, and the refinement of old systems.
Some TRIZ is in the public domain. Some TRIZ resides in knowledge bases held by commercial consulting organizations. A complete and open TRIZ development process is not yet evident. Various camps vie for control of TRIZ and interpretation of its findings and applications."

Kendi Milletvekilini Takip Et

Son dersimizde farklı sosyal paradigmaların teknoloji konularını incelerken ne gibi problemleri gördüklerinden bahsetmiştik. Sizce aşağıdaki gibi bir teknoloji projesi hangi paradigmaya örnek verilebilir?

Connect 2 Congress Lets You Track Your Senator, One Vote at a Time

Georgia Institute of Technology student Peter Kinnaird has developed Connect 2 Congress, software that tracked how senators voted in the 110th U.S. Congress.

Connect 2 Congress works by analyzing congressional voting records, obtained from GovTrack.us, with a type of mathematical analysis called a Poole-Rosenthal score. Connect 2 Congress assigns a value to every vote. Each yes vote received a one and each no vote received a zero. Senators who abstained from voting received a nine, which excluded them from the count for that issue. Once the numbers are assigned, the system creates a graph so that users can get a quick overview of Congress, or examine changes in behavior over time.

Connect 2 Congress also conducted a leadership analysis on each member. "So, if you sponsor a bill you get a full point, and if you co-sponsor a bill you get anywhere from no points to a full point, depending on when you attached your name to it," Kinnaird says. He is building a new version of Connect 2 Congress that tracks the current 111th Congress. Kinnaird also plans to release a version for the House of Representatives.

Raydiance Information

Raydiance is a next‐generation laser company that has integrated photonic, computing and software technologies to create the world’s first and only commercial‐grade ultrafast laser.

Raydiance’s breakthrough technology brings “intelligent” control and small form factor to ultrafast laser light—extremely brief and powerful light pulses capable of precisely ablating virtually any material without generating heat.

The unique capabilities of ultrafast light have been demonstrated in research laboratories for years, however, the transformative potential of the technology has been held back by its size, complexity and expense. Raydiance has taken this compelling but commercially impractical technology and has liberated it from the lab. By miniaturizing ultrafast hardware and then imparting it with brains—an easy to use software operating system that controls every aspect of the laser—Raydiance offers the power of ultrafast as a practical and reliable platform technology.

The Raydiance Smart LightTM platform is a “plug and play” system that operates on standard 90 ‐ 230 VAC, occupies the footprint of a microwave oven, and is typically up and running out of the shipping crate in 30 minutes. With its enabling technology, Raydiance has taken the industry lead in defining the fundamental standards of commercial‐grade ultrafast: performance, reliability, and integrated software design. Those standards make possible the deployment of Raydiance ultrafast in diverse commercial applications, including micromedical devices, thin film photovoltaic cells, glass display technology, and microelectronics.

The central thrust of Raydiance’s business plan is to take the industry lead in building volume commercialization of this transformative technology. By aggregating markets onto its platform, the company will use volume manufacturing techniques to drive costs down, which, in turn, will open opportunities in additional markets.

Additional Highlights
  • Raydiance has a seasoned, highly successful management team representing more than 100 years of experience in computer and laser technologies.
  • The company has built the world’s first high‐volume ultrafast manufacturing facility capable of scaling production to thousands of units per year.
  • Raydiance is building an international business network with distribution partners in Europe and Asia.
  • Raydiance has a strong intellectual property portfolio comprising 48 patents issued or pending, as well as over 118 records of invention.
  • The company has a co‐development/research agreement with the FDA.
  • The State of New Mexico has an economic development initiative focused on Raydiance technology.
  • Raydiance has received significant attention from such notable publications as BusinessWeek, Wired and Physics Today.

What is Technology?

Paul Romer: A Theory of History, with an Application

This is a link to a very interesting and provocative presentation about what is "technology", how different technologies may work together to create unforeseeable outcomes. You are welcome to watch and discuss it here. What do you agree and what do you disagree in the presentation?

MBA 457 – CORPORATE MANAGEMENT OF TECHNOLOGY

Technology and innovation are taking increasingly fundamental roles in everyday life. They are also crucially important in corporate life where technology strategy closely relates the business strategy of companies even in industries that are not directly related with technology-related products and services. Today, technology and innovations directly interacts the ways companies’ function and the way individuals interact in companies as social collectivities. Technological changes and innovations alter the competitive landscape of industries in unforeseeable and sometimes unintended ways. Therefore, technology related issues significantly influence competitive advantage, short-term performance and long-term survival of companies. Managing technology and innovation is of interest for a wider audience in companies. Every manager needs a fundamental grasp of the multi-faceted dynamics involved in technology and innovation to be able to understand and analyze how shifts in technological capabilities at large, relate to corporate functions and processes.

The objective of the course is to introduce students the tools and concepts they will need:
  • to understand the implications and consequences of emergent technologies,
  • to craft an innovation strategy to leap forward or to effectively compete against competitors,
  • to understand the opportunities and drawbacks involved in creating, deploying and responding new technologies.
